Just hit the inventory, click your Pal, and press 'Drop'. Easy peasy.

To drop Pals in Palworld, you just gotta open up your inventory, select the Pal you wanna release, and look for the 'Drop' option. It's pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. Just make sure you're dropping them where you won't regret it later!
