Short answer: you can't. Mobile doesn't support dropping items in all games.
From my experience, some games have specific drop buttons in their controls, but if you can't find it, it's likely the game doesn't support item dropping on mobile.
Open up your backpack by tapping the three dots, select the item you wanna drop, then look for the 'Drop' option and tap it. Simple as that!
