To drop the Voodoo Doll in Terraria, simply open your inventory, select the Voodoo Doll, and then press the 'Drop' key (which is usually the 'Q' key by default on PC). If you're on console or mobile, you can drag the item out of your inventory to drop it. Remember, dropping it in lava in the underworld summons the Wall of Flesh, so be ready for a fight!
