Hot take: Honestly, ducking in cars is kinda useless. Most of the time, it's better to just drive faster and outmaneuver the cops. But hey, to each their own.
I found ducking super helpful in some missions, especially the ones where you gotta lose the cops but your car is already about to fall apart. Just press 'X' or 'A' while in a car, and you're basically a sitting duck but less visible. Saved my hide more times than I can count!
