Get a PS3 with custom firmware and use the 'multiMAN' app to dump your games. Then, transfer those files to your PC and run them in RPCS3. Simple as that!

You'll need to use a compatible PS3 console with custom firmware (CFW) or a hardware flasher for dumping your games. Once you've set that up, use the 'multiMAN' app to copy the game data to an external drive. From there, you can transfer the files to your PC and load them into RPCS3.
