To dunk in NBA 2K16, hold down the right trigger (R2 on PlayStation, RT on Xbox) while driving toward the basket and press the shoot button (Square on PlayStation, X on Xbox). Boom, dunk city!

Just sprint to the basket using R2 (PS) or RT (Xbox) and press Square (PS) or X (Xbox). Timing is key!

From experience, make sure to use a player with good dunking stats, then turbo and shoot button near the hoop for the slam.
