To beat Asgore in Undertale's Pacifist run, stock up on healing items, like Cinnamon Buns or Sea Tea, beforehand. Then, survive his attacks until you can finally Spare him after his health is low enough and you've shown MERCY.

You can't actually 'beat' Asgore in the true Pacifist run! Keep fighting until he's low on HP, and then let the events unfold naturally. Trust the process!
