Actually, eating snacks in combat is the real pro tip. If you take cover before eating, your character skips the eating animation, making you regain health instantly. Super handy in a pinch!

Eating snacks in GTA 5 is super easy and a lifesaver during those intense shootouts. First, make sure you've got snacks in your inventory. You can buy them at any convenience store in the game. Once you've stocked up, open up the Interaction Menu. You do this by holding down the touchpad on PS4/PS5, the view button on Xbox One/Xbox Series X/S, or the 'M' key on PC. Navigate to 'Inventory', then 'Snacks', and select the snack you want to munch on. Voila, your character will start eating and you'll regain health!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
