How to edit your character in GTA 5
nah, you can't really 'edit' your character in the traditional sense in GTA 5 story mode. Once you pick your poison, you're kinda stuck with it, appearance-wise. But hey, at least you can switch between the three main dudes and enjoy the variety!

Editing your character in GTA 5 is pretty simple if you're playing GTA Online. After you've created your initial character, you can only change their appearance (like hair, makeup, and tattoos) by paying a fee at a barbershop or tattoo parlor in the game. For a more in-depth makeover, you'd need to access the character creation menu again, which Rockstar allows once for free. After that, you'll have to shell out some in-game cash or real money. Just pause the game, go to the 'Online' tab, select 'Swap Character' and choose the edit option. Remember, though, you can't change your character's gender or their basic physical features after the initial creation!
Just hit up a barber or tattoo shop in-game! It's the quickest way to give your character a new look without diving into menus. Yeah, it's not a full edit, but hey, new hairdo, new you, right?
