I do this all the time for my cat's fan page! Go to "About" on your page, and you'll see the "Edit" option next to your page name. Just click it and type away.

I just did this last week! Open your Page, click 'About' on the left, then hit 'Edit' next to your name. Type the new name and save. Boom!
