First off, you're gonna need a USB stick. Copy your save file from the PS3 to the USB. Then, use a program like Bruteforce Save Data to decrypt and edit the save. Lastly, re-encrypt and transfer it back to your PS3. Bam, edited save file!

You can also use a PS3 save editor like Cyber Save Editor. Transfer the save to your PC with a USB, load it up with the editor, make your changes, and then put it back on the PS3. Easy peasy!

Honestly, editing PS3 saves can be a bit of a hassle. You're better off just playing the game the way it was intended!
