Been there, done that! I just went to 'Meta Business Suite,' found my post, hit 'Edit' and Bob's your uncle.
Go to 'Publishing Tools,' click 'Scheduled Posts,' select the post you want to edit, click 'Edit Post,' and don't forget to save.
