Head to the Market, search for the item, and click that heart icon to add it to your wishlist. To remove, just click the heart again.

Yo, it's super easy! Just go to the in-game Market, find the item you want to add or remove from your wishlist, and click the heart icon. Done!

I've done this a million times. All you need to do is open the Market, find the item, and click the heart icon next to it. To remove it, click the heart again. Simple as that.

Honestly, just don't use the wishlist. It's easier to keep track of items with a spreadsheet or a notepad.
