Editing your Undertale save file is pretty easy! You’ll want to find the save files in the game's directory (usually 'AppData\Local\UNDERTALE' on Windows). Open them with a text editor like Notepad. Just remember to make a backup before you start tweaking, so you don't mess up your game!

Pro tip: If you’re on a Mac, the save files are located in the 'Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale' folder. Happy editing!

Honestly, just don't mess with the save file; it ruins the fun. Play the game as it was meant to be played.

I edited my save to get all the items right at the start! Just find 'file0' and 'file9' and change the values. It's that simple!
