Just name your Eevee 'Rainer' for Vaporeon, 'Sparky' for Jolteon, and 'Pyro' for Flareon. Easy peasy!
I evolved my Eevee into Sylveon after getting 70 hearts in the buddy system and renaming it to 'Kira.' Totally worth it!
