Get yourself an Operator with a good Amp, and either a Tridolon-voltaic build or a healer like Trinity. Team up with other players for the best results since it's a tough fight to solo!
Honestly, Eidolon hunting feels like a waste of time to me. Better to farm other resources unless you really need the Arcanes.
You need an Amp to kill the shields and a Warframe like Chroma for dealing heavy damage. New players often overlook the importance of teamwork and proper gear.
