If you prefer using your controller, navigate to the game tile on your home screen, press the Options button, and select 'Eject Disc'.

Easy peasy! Just press the small button below the power button on the front of the console. Voila, your disc will pop out!

I had this issue too! The manual way works best for me鈥攋ust look for the tiny button right below the power button. Can't miss it!
