Use your Xbox controller and go to Home > My Games & Apps > See All > Queue. Highlight the game or app, press the Menu button, and select Eject Disc.

There's a manual eject hole on the side of the Xbox Series X. Straighten a paperclip and push it gently into the hole if all else fails.
