If the button’s not working, you can go to the XMB (main menu) and select 'Eject Disc' under the Game icon.

In a pinch, hold down the eject button for about 10 seconds to force eject. Don’t worry, it’s totally safe.

Pro tip: Make sure your PS3 is on when you try to eject the disc. Trust me, I've been there!
