Direct emailing is not the way to go. Use the ticket system on their support site. Trust me, I've tried emailing before and got redirected there anyway.
To email Valorant support, you'll want to head over to the official Riot Games Support page. Look for the 'Submit a Ticket' section, and from there, select Valorant as the game you need help with. Fill out the form with your issue, and boom, your email is on its way to Valorant support!
Just google 'Riot Games Support' and click on the first link. Pick Valorant, describe what's bugging you, and send it off. Easy peasy.
