It's super simple! Just hit ZR, choose your vibe, and let your villager do the rest. Soon, you'll be expressing joy, surprise, or even dismay with the best of them on your island paradise.

To emote in Animal Crossing on the Switch, you gotta first unlock the ability by progressing a bit in the game. Once you鈥檝e got that ability, just press the ZR button to open up the emote wheel, then use the right joystick to choose your emote. Bam, you鈥檙e emoting and spreading those island vibes.

I gotta say, emoting in Animal Crossing is a game changer. Literally made my interactions with my villagers and friends visiting my island way more fun. Press ZR, pick your poison, and watch the magic happen.

Hot take: Emotes are the real endgame of Animal Crossing. Forget about decorating your island, it's all about collecting those emotes!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
