Close your restaurant via the settings menu. This stops new customers from coming in and lets the current ones finish up and leave.

If you're looking to clear out your restaurant, go to the settings tab and select the option to close your restaurant. That will stop new customers from entering and allow the current customers to leave after they finish.
Just close your restaurant in the settings. Super easy!
From my experience, the quickest way to empty your restaurant is by clicking close in the settings menu. Customers will finish up and leave shortly after.
