To enable 2FA on PS4, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Security > 2-Step Verification. Follow the prompts to link your phone number and secure your account!

From firsthand experience, once I enabled 2FA, it gave me peace of mind knowing my PS4 account was extra secure. Just follow Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Security > 2-Step Verification.
