Just go to Settings > System > Storage > Cloud Saved Games. Hit 'Enable' and you're good to go. Remember, you need an Xbox Live Gold membership for this.

To enable cloud storage on your Xbox 360, go to Settings > System > Storage > Cloud Saved Games and then select 'Enable'. Make sure you're connected to Xbox Live and have a subscription!

I did this recently: Go to Settings, find System, then Storage, and hit 'Enable' on Cloud Saved Games. It鈥檚 a breeze, just make sure you're on Xbox Live!
