You can't cross trade in Warframe. It's platform-specific, so you can only trade with fellow Tenno on the same platform.
I've been playing Warframe since 2013, and unfortunately, you can't cross trade. Each platform has its own trading system.
Trade is locked to specific platforms, so no cross-platform trading allowed. But hey, it keeps the economy balanced!
Why would you even want cross trade? It would totally mess with the game's economy!
