If you're playing on PC, go to 'No Save' mode and press 'Q' when you select a level. It's that easy!
I'll keep it simple: Main Menu > No Save > Mania Mode. Choose your level, then press Y/Square/X/Q depending on your platform. Boom, debug mode activated.
To enable debug mode in Sonic Mania, first enter the Main Menu and select the 'No Save' file. On the 'No Save' file select Mania Mode, and then select any level. When you get to the level select screen, press the following button combination depending on your platform: For Switch, press the 'Y' key, for the PlayStation, press the 'Square' key, for the Xbox, press the 'X' key, and for the PC, press the 'Q' key. After that, select a level and you'll enter debug mode!
