I just logged into my Twitch account, went to the Connections section, and linked it with the game account. Then I watched some streams, and bam! Drops enabled! Works like a charm!
Head to your Account Settings, find Connections, and link your game account there. Then you're all set to receive drops from streams that have them enabled!
Honestly, if you ain't got drops, just stream yourself and make your own drops special.
