How to Enable Facebook Marketplace
To enable Facebook Marketplace, make sure your app is updated to the latest version, then tap on the storefront icon at the bottom of the app. If you don't see it, double-check your age and location, as Marketplace might not be available everywhere!

For the lucky ones who meet the age and location requirements, just hit the Marketplace icon in the Facebook app and presto, you're in!
I couldn't find Marketplace at first, but updating my Facebook app did the trick! So give that a shot if you're having trouble.
