Go to Settings > Graphics > and choose the highest frame rate option available. Make sure your device is in a performance mode if it has one. Happy fragging!

Check your phone's battery settings; some phones throttle performance on battery saver mode. Turn that off, then go to Graphics in the game settings and select high FPS. Works like a charm!
