All you gotta do is head to Settings > Graphics and switch the FPS option to High, Ultra, or Extreme.

Open PUBG Mobile, go to Settings, then Graphics, and select your preferred frame rate option. Ultra for the win!

I maxed out my FPS by simply going to Settings, then Graphics, and setting frame rate to Extreme. Smooth as butter now!
