Easy peasy! Go to your in-game settings, then head to 'Quick Chat' and customize your quick chat messages. Just add 'I got supplies' to the list. Boom, you're done!

In the settings under 'Quick Chat,' simply add 'I got supplies.' It's quick and makes you a team player instantly!
