Open Snapchat > tap your Bitmoji or profile icon > tap the gear icon for settings > scroll to 'Who Can...' > 'See My Location.'
Just go to the settings on your phone and enable location for Snapchat. Takes like 2 seconds.
From personal experience: Open Snapchat, tap your profile icon, then the gear icon for settings, find 'Who Can...', tap 'See My Location,' and enable Ghost Mode if you want to hide your location from everyone.
