Just go into settings, hit 'Audio', and turn the mic on. Also, make sure you've granted mic permissions to PUBG Mobile in your phone's settings.
Go to the game settings, tap on the 'Audio' tab, and switch on the microphone option. Then, make sure your device's mic permissions are enabled for the game.
From my experience, open the settings menu, go to the 'Audio' section, and toggle the microphone switch. Make sure you've allowed microphone access in your phone's app settings too.
Check if the mute button isn't on in-game! Happened to me more than once, and I felt silly.
