Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices, then choose your mic from 'Input Device.' Make sure 'Output Device' is set correctly too!

Just plug your headset into the DualShock 4 controller. Then, go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices to set it up. Easy peasy!

You might just need to unplug and re-plug the mic into your controller. Happens to me all the time, and it usually fixes things.
