To enable Nanite in Fortnite, first, make sure you have a compatible GPU. Then, go to the settings menu, find the Graphics tab, and enable Nanite Virtualized Geometry.

Just head to the settings, go to the Graphics section, and toggle on Nanite Virtualized Geometry. Boom, you're set!
