Just go to your phone settings, find Snapchat, and make sure location services are turned on. Then, do the same in the app settings!
Enabling your location on Snapchat is a breeze! I did it recently by heading to the app settings and enabling 'See My Location' under 'Who Can...' Trust me, it takes less than a minute!
