Open Settings, scroll down to Privacy, tap on Tracking, and flip the switch for Sims FreePlay. Simple as that!

Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Tracking, then toggle the switch next to Sims FreePlay to allow tracking. Game on!

From personal experience: Head to your iPhone's Settings, choose Privacy, go to Tracking, and turn on tracking for Sims FreePlay. It worked like a charm for me!
