Honestly, just use party chat on the PS4. The audio quality is way better and you don’t have to mess around with in-game settings.

Just plug in your headset and it should work. Make sure it's not muted!

Easy peasy! Just dive into the Settings menu from the main screen in Apex Legends. Head over to the 'Audio' tab and look for the 'Voice Chat Record Mode' option. Make sure it's set to 'Open Mic' if you wanna chat freely, or 'Push to Talk' if you prefer a button press. Don't forget to adjust the 'Incoming Voice Chat Volume' to make sure you can hear your squad loud and clear!

Pro tip: Always check your mic is plugged in properly and not muted. Happens to the best of us, thinking we've been chatting away when we've just been talking to ourselves. Classic!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
