Had to do this myself recently. Go to game settings, find the sound tab, and tick the voice chat option. Don't forget to adjust mic sensitivity!
Don't bother with voice chat. Discord is better for communicating with your squadmates.
Simple! Go to settings, enable voice chat under the sound tab. Just watch out for any echo from open mics!
