To end your Spotify membership, log into your account on a web browser, go to 'Account settings', find the 'Your plan' section, and select 'Change plan'. Choose 'Cancel Premium' and follow the instructions. Easy peasy!
Just visit your Spotify account page and hit 'Cancel Premium' under 'Your plan'.
