When a new piece spawns and it's overlapping with the existing blocks, call the gameOver() function!
Just set a flag like `isGameOver = true` when the pieces can't fit anymore. Then stop the game loop!
You don't end Tetris; Tetris ends you. Seriously though, check for no room to spawn a new piece and call it quits.
