To enlarge the console in Subnautica, press F3 to open the debug menu, then press F8 to make your cursor appear. Now uncheck the 'Disable Console' option and press Enter to open the console. You can then type 'fontsize X' (replace X with your desired font size) to make the text bigger!

From my experience, the 'fontsize' command is the easiest way to increase the font size in the Subnautica console. Just type 'fontsize 20' or whatever size you want.

You can change the console size by tweaking the game files. But be careful and always back up your files before making changes.
