Super easy! Open up Ro-Ghoul, click on the menu button (top left corner), then hit the 'Option' button. Now just type your code in the 'Enter Code' box and hit 'Enter.' Boom, rewards time!

Hey, I tried this last night – open Ro-Ghoul, click on the menu button at the top left, go to 'Option', type in the code and hit 'Enter'. Easy peasy!
Start the game, open the menu, then navigate to the options. Enter your code in the box and click 'Enter.'
