FYI, sometimes the game can be a bit picky about where you stand when trying to enter build mode. If it doesn't work at first, move around the workshop a bit and try again. Worked for me after a few tries.

Entering build mode in Fallout 4 on your Xbox One is super easy! Just find a workshop – they're scattered all over the place in settlements. Once you're close enough, the game will prompt you to press and hold the 'Change View' button (that's the button with two squares on it, right next to your left bumper). Boom, welcome to build mode! Now you can start crafting your post-apocalyptic dream home.

Just hold down the 'Change View' button near a workshop. Simple as that!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
