Honestly, just hit Enter, type your thing with a slash in front, and smash that Enter key again. If it doesn’t work, you’re probably not in cheat mode or need a mod.

Commands? In Terraria? Just make sure you're not trying this in vanilla without the proper setup. Mods or cheat-enabled servers are the way to go. Otherwise, it's a no-go.

Entering commands in Terraria is all about using the chat function. Just hit Enter to open up the chat box, then type your command starting with a slash (/), and hit Enter again to execute it. Remember, you need to be on a server that has cheats enabled or be playing in single-player with a mod like TShock installed to actually use most commands.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
