I remember the first time I found Deck 12. It's located at -758, -784 in the Orb Vallis. Just keep an eye out for the cave entrance!
Deck 12 entrance is directly north of the Transit Depot. Use your map and fast travel if needed. Easy peasy!
Just head to the Orb Vallis and look for the entrance around the coordinates -758, -784. Bring a warm coat; it's chilly down there!
