Getting into desktop mode on your Steam Deck is super easy! Just hold down the 'power' button for a few seconds until you see the power menu pop up. Then, select 'Switch to Desktop' - and voila, you're in desktop mode! This mode lets you use your Steam Deck like a regular PC, opening up a whole new world of productivity and gaming.

I switch to desktop mode for work sometimes. It's surprisingly smooth for a handheld device. Just hold the power button, select 'Switch to Desktop,' and you're good to go. Makes the Steam Deck even more versatile!

Honestly, I barely use desktop mode. The Steam Deck shines for gaming, so stick to gaming mode for the best experience!

Just tap 'Switch to Desktop' from the power menu. Desktop mode is perfect for when you wanna browse the web or do non-gaming stuff.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
