You need to build the Neptune Launch Platform first, and then construct each section using the blueprints. Once it鈥檚 done, just climb up and enter through the hatch.
From my experience, you gotta craft the rocket piece by piece using resources and blueprints. Once completed, just climb on up and get ready to leave the watery world behind!
