I remember spending hours collecting titanium for my base, but building the Multi-Purpose Room was totally worth it.
It's not something you 'enter' in the game like a door or cave; it's a buildable part of your base.
You don't actually 'enter' the Multi-Purpose Room like a secret chamber, you construct it as part of your base!
