Just go to Earth on your Star Chart and select Cetus. Once there, walk to the big gate that leads to the Plains of Eidolon. Voila!

You just need to load into Cetus and walk through the big gates to the Plains of Eidolon. Can't miss it!
From the main menu, go to Earth and then select Cetus. Once you land, head to the huge gate straight ahead and walk through to get to the Plains of Eidolon. Enjoy the open world!
